Cancellaction Policies

Intelligent Skin Sense strives to offer appointments at the most convenient times for our customers. As a courtesy to our staff and to accommodate all customers we ask for twenty four hours notice when it is necessary to change or cancel an appointment. As we know that this is not always possible we only charge for 50% of the service when the appointment is cancelled less than four hours prior to the original scheduled time.

Late Policy: We are committed to running on schedule and to help us with this, we ask that you come in a few minutes prior to your appointment. We offer a ten minute grace period and If you are later than this, your appointment, may be rescheduled.
